Ruby is Coloring
I was coloring with my 8 year old daughter Rebecca and Ruby came over and grabbed a crayon and started scribbling coloring, too. I haven't taken Ruby to OT in months but coloring was one of the things they used to try and get her to do.
Ruby had started resisting therapy and I felt like driving for 20 minutes for a crying session was not beneficial. My children and Iplay work daily with Ruby on skills she should be achieving. Taking a break from therapies has helped Ruby to fit into our family life and just be the baby.

Nice coloring Miss Ruby!
I think the best therapy of all is being surrounded by a big, involved and loving family.
I have often heard and even seen it with Zoey, that a much needed break from therapies can be so beneficial in the long run.I myself am a total therapy slacker,I feel that even though Zoey needs work in so many areas, that she has been through so much in her first 4 years that it is nice just letting her be a carefree little girl.Makes her happy and my heart happy too1
That's great! I'm sure Ruby, like Eon, picks up more from her siblings than she ever would from a therapist!
Sydney's best inspiration is keeping up with her big brothers. Whatever they do, she does too. Great coloring Ruby! It's been a while since I dropped by. I hope all is well with you and the family.
Awww... Great coloring... You must have been so excited... I LOVE your family picture on the top right column.
